The staff at the front desk were courteous and even arranged an ethernet cable for me when my laptop had Wi-Fi problems. The hotel's location was also very convenient for visiting nearby places.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as slow and unreliable Wi-Fi, a smelly bathroom due to drainage issues, and some noise from the restaurant and mezzanine floor, they didn't significantly disrupt our stay.

The location of the hotel was quite far from the city center and main areas like Sholinganallur, which caused some difficulties using radio taxi services.
